Mushroom Chicken Wings

Wash chicken wings and chop into 2 halves, add cooking wine and ginger slices and marinate for more than half an hour to remove fishy

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance

Green pepper cut into large pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken wings and fry until golden on both sides

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and stir fry.

Stir fry with green onion and ginger

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir well

Add in the hot water without the ingredients, boil and turn to low heat

The broth is half boiled and seasoned with salt

When the soup is about to thicken, add green pepper cubes and stir well.
