Mushroom Chicken Wings in Rice Cooker

Wash the chicken wings and cut twice.

Pour ginger, garlic, and cooking wine in a bowl, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Pour the marinated chicken wings into the rice cooker.

Add 3 spoons of cooking oil, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of braised sauce, 1 spoon of salt.
5.
Pour in the soaked shiitake mushrooms. The water should cover two-thirds of the chicken wings. Cook for three minutes.
