Mushroom Chowder Seafood Claypot

Wash the lettuce and bitter gourd and slice them with 2 grams of salt to pick up the water and force out the water for use. Prepare fresh mushrooms, bamboo shoots and carrot slices.

Cut the prawns and open the back, pick out the shrimp thread, wash and drain the water, pour in the rice wine and mix well, wash the soy products with warm water and squeeze the water.

Prepare ginger, garlic slices and chopped green onion

Spread cooked oil in the pot

First add the lettuce slices, bitter gourd, and bamboo shoots

Add shiitake mushrooms and soy products in the middle, and finally add shrimp and carrots

Add green onion, ginger and garlic on top

Pour in fresh soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes (I use an electric ceramic stove, press the steam button)

Power off after 15 minutes

Remove the green onion, ginger, garlic and sprinkle with chopped green onion to enjoy
Tips:
1. For this dish, you should choose vegetables with sufficient moisture to make the base. The boiling moisture comes from the vegetables without adding water,
