Mushroom Grilled Louver

Cut the louver into wide strips and tie them in knots.

You can tie a single knot, or tie multiple knots together. Tie tightly, otherwise it will be easy to loosen during frying.

Three shiitake mushrooms, seven fungus, soaked hair.
