Mushroom Meatball Soup

Pork chop into stuffing

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chopped green onion and ginger, thirteen spices

Stir in one direction evenly

Add appropriate amount of thick starch water

Stir until the meat is firm

As shown in the picture, sit in the pot and boil until there are small bubbles on the edge. Adjust to the minimum heat. Grab a handful of meat filling in your left hand and squeeze out an appropriate amount of meat filling from the mouth of the tiger. Into the pot, a round meatball is ready

The meatballs are cooked until they are shaped and floated. When the meatballs are cooked, they will be skimmed. Then turn off the heat and set aside.

For mushrooms, I used shiitake mushrooms, crab-flavored mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, fungus, sliced shiitake mushrooms, shredded fungus, and removed the roots of enoki and crab-flavored mushrooms.

Boil the mushrooms in boiling water, remove and set aside

Add a little base oil to the pot and saute the chopped green onions

Add the soup of boiled meatballs, add more water if the soup is not enough

Bring the mushrooms to a boil

Cook for two minutes

Add meatballs, cook for another minute, season with salt

Add some coriander leaves and sprinkle some pepper.
