Mushroom Minced Meat Sauce

Pick and wash shiitake mushrooms. A small round onion, peel off the old skin and rinse well

Tips:
I like the taste of sweet noodle sauce. I have fried the sauce many times. I think it tastes the best with a mixture of two sauces. This can be mastered according to personal taste. You can use one sauce.
