In summer, I often eat two noodles, so a bowl of delicious noodle sauce is always available. You can make more when you have time, and it can be sealed and refrigerated. Save for a week. Take some out when you eat, and you can mix the noodles when heated in the microwave, or eat it cold. This time I made mushroom meat sauce, a good companion for cold noodles.

Mushroom Minced Meat Sauce

1. Pick and wash shiitake mushrooms. A small round onion, peel off the old skin and rinse well

2. I used soybean paste and sweet noodle paste

3. 3 tablespoons each of soybean paste and sweet noodle paste, add the same amount of water to dilute

4. Boil water, cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes, take out and cool

5. Chill the dried shiitake mushrooms and chop finely

6. Mince like meat

7. Chopped onion

8. Heat oil in a wok, fry the five-spice powder and add the diced meat

9. Stir-fry the meat to change its color

10. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry a few times

11. Pour and mix well the sauce. Simmer

12. About 5 minutes, see that the water in the pot is about to boil dry, add the chopped green onions

13. Stir-fry well out of the pot

Tips:

I like the taste of sweet noodle sauce. I have fried the sauce many times. I think it tastes the best with a mixture of two sauces. This can be mastered according to personal taste. You can use one sauce.
