Mushroom Oil Rice

Prepare appropriate amount of fragrant rice and wash twice

Soak the washed fragrant rice in an appropriate amount of water for more than one hour

Tips:
There is no need to add salt to the fried rice. The salt in the light soy sauce is enough. I don’t like to eat very salty ones. You can put some mushrooms and potatoes in the soy sauce and cook for a while. Collect the juice. The mushrooms will have a taste if you don’t have enough time to eat. It doesn't look like meat anymore.
