Mushroom Stewed Cabbage Heart

1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms, cloud ears, cordyceps flower, choy sum, coriander, ginger, etc.

2. Heat the pan, saute the ginger slices, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while

3. Add appropriate amount of water and seasonings (except sesame oil and soy sauce), cook the mushrooms on low heat for about 40 minutes

4. Add cloud ears and cook for 15 minutes

5. Add cordyceps flowers and cook for about 10 minutes

6. When cooking cordyceps flowers, blanch the cooked cabbage with boiling water

7. Mix the sesame oil and soy sauce evenly

8. Add the cooked cabbage and mix for a while, turn off the heat

9. Sprinkle the coriander section after serving

Don't add too much salt
