Mushroom, Tofu and Crucian Carp Soup

After the crucian carp is killed, take it home, wash the black film inside the belly, and scrape it several times with a knife against the surface to remove the dirt on the surface. The shiitake mushrooms and tofu are ready.

Tofu slices, two shiitake mushrooms sliced, two with a cross knife

Heat up the frying pan, pour some oil, add ginger slices and sauté

Add crucian carp and fry

After one side is fried, turn it over and continue until it is golden on both sides

After the fish is fried, pour it into another deep pot, add enough boiling water to fill more than half of the crucian, add salt, cover the pot and burn it over high heat.

Boil on high heat for 3-4 minutes, add tofu after the soup turns white

Add shiitake mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes

Put the chopped green onion and goji berries before serving, and simmer for another minute before serving
