Mushroom, Tofu and Crucian Carp Soup

Preparation materials: remove the scales, internal organs and gills of the crucian carp and drain; open 4 pieces of tofu and slice; soak the mushrooms in advance, cross the middle, slap the ginger flat, and slice the carrot

Add oil to the hot pan, fry the fish until golden on both sides, sprinkle salt on the fish when turned over

Transfer the fish to another hot pot and add about 5 bowls of hot water

Add ginger, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, cover and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat for 10 minutes

Tips:
Change to another pot for blanching, discarding the oil used for frying the fish, and the blanching made will not be greasy.
