Mushroom Tofu Soup

Cut green onion.

Water starch.

Peel the eggs and put them in a bowl. Pour a little Huadiao wine and beat them for later use.

Add water to the pot. Pour in the washed mushrooms. Chopped tofu cubes. Soaked shrimps. Bring to a boil.

After boiling, sprinkle in salt, white pepper, chicken essence, and water starch.

Pour balsamic vinegar in a large bowl.
