Mushroom Tofu Soup

1. Cut green onion.

2. Water starch.

3. Peel the eggs and put them in a bowl. Pour a little Huadiao wine and beat them for later use.

4. Add water to the pot. Pour in the washed mushrooms. Chopped tofu cubes. Soaked shrimps. Bring to a boil.
