Mushrooms, Chives and Egg Dumplings

After washing the leeks to control the moisture, cut into the ends, then add half a catty of fragrant, star anise powder, and minced fresh ginger.

Minced shiitake mushrooms and set aside

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, add some salt

Heat the oil and pour it into the prepared material!

Tips:
The shiitake mushrooms must be cooked well, so that the taste of the shiitake mushrooms will be well reflected.
When making dumplings, remember to add some salt and shallots in the water, so that the skin of the dumplings will not be sticky and the taste will be desired!
