Mushu meat is a common characteristic traditional famous dish, which belongs to Shandong cuisine-Confucian cuisine, one of the eight major cuisines. This dish is often seen on the dinner table at home. The dish I made today uses Yuhuang peanut oil with pork, fungus, carrots and other ingredients. It is easy to make, fresh, delicious, nutritious, and suitable for all ages. There is no need to prepare a lot. It is an easy life experience for people who don’t cook often.”

Mushu Meat

1. Soak the fungus first, wash and set aside.

2. Blanch the fungus.

3. Carrot slices and pepper shreds.

4. Pork slices, marinate with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper noodles, bean paste, minced ginger and garlic for a while.

5. Put an appropriate amount of Yuhuang oil to stir-fry sliced pork with U-flavored peanut oil in the pot.

6. Stir fry the meat slices, add fungus and carrots.

7. Stir fry, add green chili, salt, chicken essence, sugar and appropriate amount of light soy sauce before serving.

8. This dish is complete.
