Mushu Meat

Soak the fungus first, wash and set aside.

Blanch the fungus.

Carrot slices and pepper shreds.

Pork slices, marinate with appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper noodles, bean paste, minced ginger and garlic for a while.
