Mustard Noodles in Clear Soup

All raw materials are as follows. My friend doesn't eat coriander because there are no green onions in my house, so I use celery to add fragrance.

Dice ham and chop celery.

After the water is boiled, add the dried noodles and cook. 4/5 minutes.

Take a bowl and put in an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, oil, sesame oil, pepper, chili noodles and celery.

After the noodles are cooked, pour the boiling water into the bowl, and then add the ham sausage for 1 minute until cooked.

After adding the noodles, pour some light soy sauce to taste.

Add mustard and you are done!
Tips:
1. Scallions/cilantro/celery are necessary, they can improve the flavor, if they are missing, they will feel a lot missing.
2. Sesame oil / sesame oil played a finishing touch.
3. The dried noodles will be cooked in 3/4 minutes, and will be soft in 4/5 minutes, depending on personal choice.
