Mustard Pork Noodles

200 grams of Jinshahe egg noodles (for 2 persons), 1 bag of 80 grams of mustard, 80 grams of tenderloin, 1 handful of shallots.

Boil the noodles, boil the water, simmer for 2 minutes on high heat and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Take it out and let it cool for later use.

Shred the tenderloin.

Add 1 bit of cooking wine, starch and five-spice powder to mix well.

Wash mustard and cut everything.
