Mutton Braised Rice-xinjiang Hand Pilaf

Soak lamb chops in blood for one hour, change the water twice in the middle, and then wash them. After the rice is washed, soak in water. The longer the time, the better (not more than two hours)

Cut lamb chops into small sections, peel and shred potatoes soak in water, peel and shred carrots, cut larger onions, and dice tomatoes for later use

Tips:
Carrots can be cut into strips, and lamb must be soaked in blood! Also, there must not be too much soup for cooking rice! The ingredients are almost there just now!
