[my Proposal for Breaking The Wall] Carrot Bread
1.
Wash the carrots, peel and cut into pieces, and add water to the wall breaker.
2.
Start the juice stall
3.
Beat into a delicate paste.
4.
Add carrot paste and bread to the bread bucket except butter.
5.
Add butter after a kneading process.
6.
Continue a kneading program to the expansion stage, if not, you can add another half of the kneading program.
7.
After kneading, it will naturally ferment to 2.5 times the size, the dough is larger, the time is slightly longer, and some headshots.
8.
The dough is vented and divided into nine doses, rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.
9.
Take one and rub it into a long strip. (The process of white dough used in the following plastic surgery is the same as it is not shot).
10.
Fold in half and twist into a rope.
11.
Tucked into a flower shape.
12.
Prepare and arrange into the baking tray.
13.
Secondary fermentation,
14.
Put it into the lower part of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
The bread needs to be covered with tin foil in the middle to prevent heavy coloration.
The water content of carrots is different, the recipe is for reference only. At the beginning of kneading, observe the dough and adjust it as appropriate to produce a good dough.
You can brush a layer of melted butter or honey water after baking.
