Nanjing Spicy Oil Small Wonton

Prepare the minced meat and wonton wrappers

In the ground meat: add a little salt, green onion, ginger, cooking wine and a little water, stir evenly in one direction

Tips:
1. Stir the ground meat filling with a little water to make the meat more tender
2. To cook wontons, they need to be cooked quickly on high heat, otherwise they are easy to rot
3. If there is stock soup at home, wonton soup is more fragrant
