National Home Cooking—coke Chicken Wings

After the chicken wings are cleaned, cut a knife on the reverse side, and pierce some small holes with a fork on the front side to facilitate the taste.

The processed chicken wings are blanched in boiling water to remove the blood and control the moisture. Cut the green onion and ginger into sections and slices for later use.

Add a little cooking oil to the wok and fry the chicken wings until golden on both sides.

Saute the ginger and shallots in oil, add cola, a small amount of salt and dark soy sauce, cover the pot and cook.

Tips:
1. Coke is sweeter, please adjust the dosage according to your personal taste.
2. Adding soy sauce is for color and taste, because you don't like too sweet.
