The ordinary ingredients and simple preparation of eggplant lily can get a delicious and worthy New Year holiday, which is very good for noodles. Come give it a try.
🌸 Eggplant lily ingredients: 1 eggplant, 150g pork filling, 1 kumquat, 2 slices of ginger.
Meat seasoning: salt and cooking wine, pepper and starch.
Seasoning sauce: light soy sauce, sugar, chicken juice, starch, stir evenly with appropriate amount of water.
Production: Wash the eggplant and remove the head and tail, wash the eggplant handle and don't throw it away. Cut the eggplant in two, put two chopsticks on the cutting board, and slice the eggplant in the middle of the chopsticks.
Put the pork filling into the eggplant, arrange it in a lily shape, put it in the steamer and boil for about 15 minutes.

New Year's Recipe (1) & Eggplant Lily

1. Prepare the ingredients, add the minced ginger and cooking wine, pepper and salt to the pork filling and stir well.

2. Wash all the two pieces of the vertical version of the eggplant, and then cut into fine pieces.
