No Spicy Not Happy-korean Chicken Rice Flower

Cut the chicken into small pieces of about 1.5 cm and soak them in milk for an hour to remove odors.

Pour off the milk and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Mix flour (3), starch (1), and ice water (3) into a paste. Put the sauced chicken into the batter so that the batter is evenly coated on the surface of the chicken.

Fry the chicken over medium heat and let it sit for several minutes.

When the surface of the chicken has regained moisture, put it in the oil pan and fry it a second time until the surface is golden and crispy.

Stir all the seasonings in proportion and heat until thickened.

Put the fried chicken in the pan and coat the surface with sauce evenly.
Tips:
*Adjusting the batter with ice water can make the fried clothes more crispy.
*Don't leave the sauce when it is heated, so as not to mash the pot.
