Non-stop Beef Sauce
1.
Cut beef into small pieces, add onion froth, ginger froth, garlic froth, soy sauce, sugar, a little oil, rice wine, pepper powder, a little salt, five spice powder, stir well, and marinate for half an hour
2.
Peel the peanuts and crush them with a rolling pin
3.
2 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to make the sauce (if you like spicy food, you can add some hot sauce)
4.
Put more oil in the pot, first add chopped peanuts and fry them for a while, then fry them with sesame seeds
5.
Add beef and stir fry a few times until it turns white
6.
Add the prepared sauce, add a little water (it will be a bit sticky if you don't add it, just a little bit non-sticky at home), stir fry until the juice is dry
7.
It's great to make noodle toppings or breakfast dishes!
Tips:
The beef stir-fry time should not be too long, or it will get old. So add a little water after adding the sauce
