Noodle Fish with Rice

The noodle fish is cleaned and dried for later use...

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt, ginger powder, stir and marinate for ten minutes... Then add good flour and cornmeal

Because it has moisture...so just mix the fish and the dry powder evenly...(It is advisable for the batter to be slightly dry to not runny)

Boil the oil to 80% hot...dispense and add fish sticks...fry until golden and remove...
5.
If you like the crispy texture, you can remove it and re-fry it again...
Tips:
Fish meat is more watery...Be careful of oil splashing and scalding
