Noodle Sauce

Wash and chop green onions.

Cut the pork into small cubes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan, add the diced meat and stir fry.

Add some cooking wine to remove the smell of meat.

Stir fry until the diced meat turns white, add half of the chopped green onion and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the skin of the diced meat is slightly charred, add 6 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir fry over low heat.

Pour a little boiled water along the side of the pot and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add the remaining chopped green onion and stir fry for a few times.
Tips:
1 After adding the soybean paste, use a low heat and stir fry constantly to prevent the pan from getting stuck.
2 It is best to fry in a non-stick pan to prevent sticking.
