Noodle Soup with Egg Meat Sauce

Wash the small greens.

Boil water in a pot and lay eggs when the water is boiled.

Add the noodles at the same time.
4.
Use chopsticks to pull the noodles apart, boil the water again, and add the greens.

Put in a small amount of salt.

Pour in half a pack (30g) of mustard tuber to taste.

Cook the noodles until they can be broken with chopsticks. Add a spoonful of meat sauce.
