Noodles

Remove the old leaves of the noodle dishes, wash them, blanch them and put them in cold water for later use.

Add flour and water to make a dough of moderate hardness. Put the dough in the fresh-keeping bag for 40 minutes. The noodles are pressed into long noodles by a machine for later use.

Cut the noodles into sections, and use chopsticks to make a mark in the middle.

Take the two ends of the dough sheet and stretch it out. When it is stretched to a moderate degree, tear it away from the middle indentation.

Pull the stretched dough sheet.

Add water to the boiling pot and add the noodles after the pot is boiled. After boiling it again, add cold water and boil it again.

Add the blanched noodle dish, then boil it, add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
