Noodles

Wake up with cold water and noodles for 60 minutes, use a rolling pin to roll into thin noodles, cut into strips for later use

To prepare the noodles, clean the tomatoes, green peppers and garlic and set aside

Pour oil in the pan, add tomatoes, meat sauce, and salt to make a juice, add green peppers, and stir-fry garlic evenly.

Green peppers are broken out of the pot

Spread the noodles gently, put them in a pot of boiling water, cook them and remove them

Pour the vegetables, oily pepper, and appropriate amount of vinegar on the plate and stir evenly. The width of the noodles is determined by each person’s preference
