Noodles in Clear Soup

Cabbage and dried noodles.

Put water in the pot, add the shredded cabbage leaves, and cook until the water boils.

Put the dried noodles.

After the noodles are cooked, add salt, soy sauce and vinegar, turn off the heat and lighten the sesame oil.
Tips:
The cabbage leaves are tender, and an egg is more nutritious.
