Noodles with Minced Pork in Tomato Sauce

1. Prepare all materials and wash them for later use.

2. Dice the meat and dice the eggplant.

3. Shred carrots and cucumbers, and cut green onions.

4. Boil the carrots in boiling water for about 1 minute, remove them and set aside.

5. Put the noodles in the water of boiling the carrots and cook them.

6. Remove and set aside.
