Noodles with Mushroom Minced Pork Sauce

The ingredients are ready, I soak the mushrooms in advance, cut into cubes, cut the pork into minced meat, and cut the garlic and ginger into minced meat.

Tips:
Shiitake mushrooms should be diced, if you like the strong flavor, you can add pepper. I prefer the original flavor, so the noodles cooked in this way have some delicious flavor of soy sauce.
