Noodles with Mushroom Spicy Sauce

Dice mushrooms, chopped green onions

Add olive oil to the pot

Add green onions and sauté

Add Pixian bean paste. If you think the bean paste is too big, you can chop it with a knife

Put in a bowl of water and cook on low heat

You can choose fresh noodles. My family has a lot of flour in miscellaneous grains, so I made soba noodles by myself. Put the flour and soba noodles in a bowl and put a little salt in it.

Tips:
The Pixian bean paste itself has a salty taste, and there are also soy sauces, so you must taste the saltiness when making the mushroom hot sauce.
