1. Shred the green peppers and garlic sprouts for later use.

2. In a small bowl, add light soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence, pepper, oyster sauce, and stir evenly with water.

3. Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up.

4. Saute the scallions and ginger.

5. Add the green peppers and stir fry the garlic sprouts.

6. Put the bean cakes and stir fry together.

7. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir fry quickly.

8. Finally, pour in a little water and starch to thicken it out of the pot.

Tips:

This is a quick dish. Don't fry bean cakes for a long time. Will affect the taste.
Seasoning should be prepared in advance to save time for frying.
