Northeast Chaos
1.
First, cut the green onion, garlic, slice the meat, and cut the beans into the same shape as the picture (it is not delicious). Cut the potatoes, slice the pepper, and slice the eggplant. everything's ready!
2.
Put an appropriate amount of lard in a small heat pot (soy oil is also a good substitute for lard), add 3 tablespoons of onion and garlic aniseed, 13 tablespoons of salt, and an appropriate amount.
3.
Add some soy sauce when the lard is completely melted!
4.
Put the soy sauce into the cut pork and add to medium heat
5.
Pork 5 is mature, add the beans and continue to stir fry
6.
When the beans 5 are ripe, put in the potato pieces and continue to stir fry
7.
After putting the potatoes for about 5 minutes, tear the eggplant in by hand (not too small or too big) and stir fry for two minutes.
8.
If it feels a bit dry, put a proper amount of fuel and pour in boiling water, not too much water, just like the picture, and a little bit less than the picture!
9.
Cover and simmer for about 8 minutes
10.
Slice the tomatoes this time
11.
Add the tomatoes and stir gently and simmer for about 3 minutes
12.
See that the tomatoes are smashed, add some boiling water to see if the saltiness is suitable, adjust it to your own taste, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Tips:
Don’t add too much water in the last step in the middle, and the fragrance will fade!
