Prepare various materials. Cut ham, meatballs, meat bird's nest, and cut corn. Cut baby cabbage into thin strips.

Soak the kelp in warm water, remove the old roots of the enoki mushroom, disperse, and wash.

Boil the vermicelli in hot water for two minutes and soak for five minutes, then remove.

For the beef soup I use, if there is no broth, I will make some bean paste or hot pot ingredients and stir fry. After the water is boiled, the meat is added first, then the kelp, duck blood and enoki mushrooms, and finally baby cabbage. Add salt and cook, add coriander and garlic sprouts.
