Northeast Harvest Stew

Cut the ribs into the outer pot with cold water, boil to remove the blood

Add a little oil to the outer pot, add rock sugar beyond the caramel color, then add green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and water to a boil and put it in the inner pot. Add a cup and a half of water to the outer pot and simmer the ribs until the button pops up.

Cut potatoes, pumpkin, beans, and corn into small pieces and add them to the braised pork ribs. Add a cup of water to the outer pot until the button pops up and you can enjoy it.
