[northeast] Yuba Mixed with Cucumber

Ingredients are ready, carrots are peeled and washed, cucumbers are washed

Soak the yuba in water for 3-5 hours in advance, soak until there are no hard cores

Cut the soaked yuba, cucumber and carrot into diamond-shaped slices, mince garlic

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the yuba and blanch for 1 minute. Remove and let cool in cold water. Remove and drain for later use. Put the carrot slices in the blanched water until the color becomes darker. Remove and put in cold water to cool, remove and drain. stand-by

Tips:
