Northern Jelly

Prepare 180g of pea flour

Add 250mL of cold water, mix well, set aside

Put 1250mL of water in the pot and boil

Pour in the previously mixed powder and mix well before putting it into the pot to avoid precipitation of the soybean powder. After mixing well, pour into the pot while stirring in the pot, boil until it is transparent and pour it into the pot to cool

After cooling, cut into strips, sprinkle with sauce and serve
