Northern Yuanbao Wonton

Prepare the ingredients: pork lean meat, hand-picked skin, eggs, sliced ginger, chopped green onion;

Wash the lean pork meat and chop it into meat; after washing the old ginger, chop it into minced ginger and mix it with the meat; add salt and then beat in 1 egg;

Use chopsticks to make a circle in one direction until the meat is evenly mixed and sticky; add chopped green onion and continue to make a circle with chopsticks in one direction; the wonton filling is ready;

Take a piece of hand skin, put in the meat, and fold the hand skin down to cover the meat; as shown in the picture;

Wrap the skin of the minced meat and continue to fold it down, as shown in the picture;

Press your finger on the meat filling position (side), as shown in the picture;

After slightly overlapping the skins on both sides of the meat filling, pinch them together, as shown in the figure;
