During this time, my son likes to eat wontons for breakfast. Its method is very simple. When you are fine, wrap it and store it in the refrigerator. You can cook it as soon as you get up in the morning. It takes less than ten minutes, which is very trouble-free.
Wontons are actually what we call chaoshou, but the packaging method is different, and the name is naturally different. A northern friend of mine taught me how to make northern yuanbao wonton. The method is simple and fast, but the shape is not bad, right? ~O(∩_∩)O~ I specially took the detailed method of Yuanbao wonton, you will see it~

Northern Yuanbao Wonton

1. Prepare the ingredients: pork lean meat, hand-picked skin, eggs, sliced ginger, chopped green onion;

2. Wash the lean pork meat and chop it into meat; after washing the old ginger, chop it into minced ginger and mix it with the meat; add salt and then beat in 1 egg;

3. Use chopsticks to make a circle in one direction until the meat is evenly mixed and sticky; add chopped green onion and continue to make a circle with chopsticks in one direction; the wonton filling is ready;

4. Take a piece of hand skin, put in the meat, and fold the hand skin down to cover the meat; as shown in the picture;

5. Wrap the skin of the minced meat and continue to fold it down, as shown in the picture;

6. Press your finger on the meat filling position (side), as shown in the picture;

7. After slightly overlapping the skins on both sides of the meat filling, pinch them together, as shown in the figure;
