Not Delicious-fennel Dumplings

The ingredients needed for dumpling stuffing are cumin, eggs, shiitake mushrooms, and shrimp skins.

Rinse the fennel to control the moisture, and cut into small pieces for later use (it is best to put a little salt in the cut fennel to squeeze out the moisture)

Dice the shiitake mushrooms, add oil and soy sauce to fry them.
