Black-bone chicken soup is a traditional Han nationality dish in Guangdong Province. It is made with black-bone chicken, longan, red dates, wolfberry, dangshen and other ingredients. Black-bone chickens are rich in nutrients, contain hormones and purple pigments, which can enhance human white blood cells and hemoglobin, and are effective in treating women's infertility, irregular menstruation, habitual abortion, red vaginal discharge, and postpartum weakness. It can be used for the adjuvant treatment of tuberculosis, coronary heart disease, gastric ulcer, neurasthenia, and infantile rickets.

Ingredients

Nourishing Black Chicken Soup

1. Prepare red dates, wolfberry, longan, and dangshen, wash and soak in a small amount of water for a while

2. Pour the medicinal herbs and the soaked water into the pot and simmer for about 1 hour

3. Wash black-bone chicken and set aside

4. Put the black-bone chicken in boiling water and boil for 3 minutes, then pick it up and set aside

Tips:

It is necessary to cook the red dates and Codonopsis and other medicinal materials before putting the black-bone chicken in. If the black-bone chicken and the medicinal materials are directly stewed together, the black-bone chicken will be very bad.
