Clean the chicken chop, boil the water to blanch the chicken, remove it and put it in a casserole; (I don’t have a casserole, I use a multi-function rice cooker)

Wash the angelica, dangshen, northern adenophora, astragalus, wolfberry, red dates, and ginger twice with clean water, and then put them in a casserole (red dates can be cut with a knife, and ginger can be patted with a knife);

Add water to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour, then add some salt according to your taste when you get out of the pot;

Tips:
The edible salt must be put at the last time, otherwise it will affect the taste of the soup!
