Nourishing Yin and Invigorating Yang, Nourishing Middle and Nourishing Qi-golden Gourd Pork Ribs

One small gourd as the main ingredient.

The main ingredient is 500 grams of ribs.

Ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, red dates, white lentils, glutinous rice. (White lentils and glutinous rice were soaked the night before, and shiitake mushrooms were soaked half an hour in advance)

Remove the soaked glutinous rice and drain the water. Cut the shiitake mushrooms and red dates into small pieces of the same size. Put the white lentils in the pressure cooker and press for half an hour, then take them out and set aside.

Wash the ribs and drain the water, add the crushed green onion and ginger slices, add the above seasonings, mix well, and marinate for more than half an hour.

Cut off the top of the pumpkin, dig out the squash rim with a spoon, and wash it. (A simple small pattern can be cut out at the incision of the pumpkin)

For the marinated ribs, remove the green onion and ginger from the noodles, keep the soup inside, and add an appropriate amount of steamed pork rice noodles.

Stir evenly so that each rib is coated with rice noodles.

Add glutinous rice and white lentils, as well as chopped shiitake mushrooms and red dates, and mix well.

After mixing, it is laid flat and placed in a larger flat pan.

Put it in the pot and steam until 7 mature and take it out. (About 20 minutes)

Then transfer to the pumpkin and steam for 40 minutes until the pumpkin and ribs are cooked through.
