Nut Radish Shreds

Wash dry radish.

Rub dry radish into silk.
3.
Blanch the shredded radish in the pot and remove it.
4.
Walnuts and peanuts are shelled and kernels are taken.
5.
Drain the water from the shredded radish.
6.
Finely chop garlic.
7.
Chop walnut kernels and peanut kernels.
8.
Put the shredded radish into the container, add salt and stir.
9.
Add MSG and stir.
10.
Add crushed garlic and stir.
11.
Stir evenly and put on a plate, sprinkle with crushed nuts and enjoy.
Tips:
1. If you like to dry the shredded radish, you can wring out the water after blanching.
2. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
