Oatmeal with Shredded Pork and Greens

Cut green vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and pork into small cubes, chop green onions and set aside

Pick up the frying pan, after the oil is hot, add the diced pork and stir fry until it is fragrant

Add the chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant, add the diced mushrooms and stir-fry until there is no moisture

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry until broken, add appropriate amount of hot water to boil

Add the oatmeal and stir well immediately, turn to low heat and continue to boil for 2 minutes

Season with salt, light soy sauce and pepper before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion to turn off the heat
