Oil Cake

Generally, the pork belly or retreat pork that you bought is too fat, so cut it off for frying, and the oily residue can be used for stir-frying or pancakes. Finely chop oil residue and shallots.

Put the chopped oil residue into a bowl, add salt, pepper powder and white pepper, mix well, seasoning as you like.
