Oil-free Chicken Rice Crackers

Prepare two pieces of chicken breasts, wash them, and pat the meat loose with the back of a knife.

Cut into pieces. It is recommended not to be too small.

Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl, add the right amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, barbecue sauce, salt, ginger and an egg white. Put on disposable gloves and massage all the ingredients a few times.

Then add a tablespoon of starch, continue to massage a few times, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.

Dip the marinated chicken in the egg yolk first.

Then wrap it in breadcrumbs.

Put it in an air fryer or oven.

I use an air fryer at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. If it is an oven, it will take about 15 minutes.
