Oily Chicken

Prepare ingredients.

Wash the chicken and place it in a basin, put green onion, ginger slices, pepper, and salt.

Put soy sauce and Shao wine.

Spread the seasoning on the inside and outside of the chicken body and marinate for 5 minutes.

Stir soy sauce, salt, pepper, Shao wine, sugar, monosodium glutamate, chicken soup or purified water, and mix it into a flavored juice.

Heat the sesame oil, add the peppercorns, fry them on a low heat and remove the peppercorns.

Put chopped green onion in the sauce and pour the oil into the sauce.

Shake the chicken off the green onions, ginger, and pepper, and fry it in a 60% hot oil pan.

Scoop out in golden color.

Chop into chunks and fry again until crisp and fragrant. Remove the oil when the chicken is mature.

Place the chicken nuggets in a large bowl, pour the sauce and serve.
Tips:
You can also deep-fry the marinated half chicken at a time (for a longer time), then chop it into pieces and pour the sauce.
