Oily Noodles

Soybean sprouts are washed and cooked and put on the bottom of the bowl.

For the noodles, I bought the ramen noodles, squashed them and cooked them.

Scoop the noodles on the bean sprouts, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, pepper powder, chili powder, ground peanuts, chicken essence, salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, and oil. Cook them until they are 80% hot, and pour them on the ingredients.

Just mix it well, it tastes spicy and sour.
