Oily Pepper

Wash the dried chilies and wipe them dry. I use twice the amount of these.

Cut into small pieces.

Add some prickly ash, I use a ratio of 4:1, friends can adjust the ratio according to their own preferences, that's good if you do it yourself! Do whatever you want.

Use the grinding blade of the food processor to grind into the powder.

Put a tablespoon of spicy fresh, a tablespoon of five-spice powder, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little sugar, vinegar and sesame oil, and mix well.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, I probably sprinkled 2 tablespoons, I used cooked sesame seeds.

Heat the oil and pour it on the mixed chili powder. The amount of oil is best to be 3-4 cm below the chili powder; if the amount is not enough at one time, you can boil it again and pour it! Be careful when pouring, do not pour all at once, to prevent the foam generated by the hot oil from overflowing, and be careful of burns.

After the oily chili peppers are ready, mix the kelp on the plate! Such a plate of kelp costs one yuan. Mix it for exactly one plate. Add a tablespoon of chili pepper, add a tablespoon of chili oil, a teaspoon of pepper powder, a teaspoon of soy sauce, a little vinegar, Sesame oil, salt and chicken essence, chopped green onion, mix well! You can also add coriander, crushed peanuts, etc. according to your personal taste. Add whatever you like.
