Oily Tofu and Taro Fin

1. Ingredients: fragrant taro.

2. Middle wings (cleaned).

3. Tofu in oil.

4. Scallions, ginger slices, rock sugar.

5. Peel and wash the taro.

6. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

7. Place the cleaned middle fin on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

8. Then, lower the chopped middle wings into a pot of clean water, put the ginger slices, and blanch them, and remove them.

9. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched middle fins and stir fry.

10. Then, add some water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

11. Then, combine the cut taro and oily tofu, stir and bring to a boil.

12. Finally, add some salt, light soy sauce, and rock sugar.

13. Season to a boil.

14. Boil until the fragrant taro is cooked and soft, set aside the green onions, and serve.
